This cone is HUGE! Undyed 100% bamboo yarn on a 1.5kg, 3.3 pound cone. This yarn knits to the same gauge as SWTC's Bamboo, and can be substituted in any patterns.
Bamboo is a vegan, sustainable yarn, with anti-bacterial qualities. It creates a fabric with a beautiful drape, and a lovely silky finish. We recommend using dyes that are suitable for cotton on this yarn, for example Dylon or Procion MX. Acid dyes are not effective on this yarn.
* Double Knitting weight, knits on 4 mm needles (US size 6)
* This yarn has a chain construction similar to SWTC Bamboo, and has a beautiful sheen and drape. It is definitely soft enough to be worn against the skin, and would make lovely soft baby clothes.
* Yarn is shown wound into a skein for illustration purposes.
* Superwash, gentle or wool cycle machine washable (warm or cool water only)
