Undyed 55% silk / 45% superwash wool natural yarn "Killara" in a 100 gram (3.5 ounce) skein (over 933 metres or over 1,020 yards). This yarn looks lovely undyed and spectacular when dyed with acid dyes, Kool-aid, or food colouring.

* Lace weight 3/28 nM. Will knit to the same gauge as Jaggerspun Zephyr 2/18.

* 28 wraps per inch.

* This yarn is a natural wool/silk white that is almost creamy in colour.

* This yarn has been worsted spun, and is super soft with an amazing drape.

* This yarn will bloom lightly on washing to remove the spinning oil.  Please refer to our blog for washing instructions. The close-up shots are of a washed skein. You will receive an unwashed skein.

* The wool is superwash, and the yarn will not felt during dyeing, but for care we recommend hand washing only to preserve the quality and sheen of the silk.
